“Todo bien”

“Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!”

“I did a midnight check-in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. So was the other staff at the front desk in the morning. It’s my favorite hotel in Naha!”
