This is a brand new hotel conveniently located at the port. If you plan on day tripping to the other islands, I highly recommend this stay! I had some issues with the washing machines not drying my clothes, but otherwise really enjoyed my stay!

Was at the Hotel for The Scalp Inc Okinawa Beauty event. I travel often for work worldwide. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast buffet. Everyone went above and beyond as we wear there during Typhoon and airport was shot down for 2 days. Room where spotless clean. Walkable distance from shops, market, restaurants… I strongly recommend.

The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price. My wife and I loved how spacious the room was and really enjoyed the layout. We stayed in a Comfort Room with double beds and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffee maker. There was a hot water kettle and coffee cups, but surprisingly, no coffee or tea packets were provided. The air conditioning also did not get the room quite as cold as I would have liked, but it was still comfortable. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were also very good. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

現代風なのか、フロントへの連絡が電話がないのが、昭和の人間には、不便で不安でした。 落ち着いて、テレビや、端末でアクセス出きる時は良いのですが、慌てているときや、急を要するときは、やはりフロントへの電話が出きると良いと思いました。

事前にメッセージでリクエスト等させていただきましたが、レスポンス良くとても気持ちの良い応対でした またリクエストにも応えていただき、満足のいく滞在となりました 現場においては、フロントデスクが無い為、初めての滞在では戸惑うかも知れませんが、フロントスタッフの方は常駐しているので声をかけていただけて安心でした。 チェックイン、アウトはセルフで、タブレット端末で自分で操作し、ルームキーを読み込ませるなど操作は必要ですが、こちらもフォローはしていただけました。 チェックイン前、アウト後の荷物の預かりはセルフでロッカー室で自分でワイヤーを掛けるか、ロッカー利用して施錠します 今回、朝食付きプランの利用でしたが、チェックイン後の画面操作中や伝票に表示が無いので、そこは明確にして欲しいと思いました チェックイン、朝食等予約内容詳細、ロッカー室の利用等、いくつかはスタッフによる説明の必要はあるのでないかと感じました 朝食会場においては、スタッフに部屋番号を告げ確認後入場、会場は埠頭を見下ろす感じで、窓も大きく気持ちよく食事が出来ました 朝食メニューは、価格の割には少し残念だったかな…と オープンキッチンで朝食からステーキ、またフレンチトーストがいただけますが、ステーキに関してはカットされて脂身のスジが少々気になる部位が多く、また海鮮丼のネタは沖縄なのにマグロの切り身は無く、他のネタも恐らく県産では無い解凍品と思わせる水っぽさでしたので、"ウリ"にしてる割にはちょっとお粗末かと感じました。 部屋は綺麗にリノベーションされ、トイレとシャワーブースはセパレート、船室を感じさせるインテリアでとても居心地良くゆっくり滞在出来ました。 トータル的に説明や案内が必要な事をもう少し精査してサービスに繋げていただけたらもっと良かったと思いました。

古いホテルをやり過ぎないリノベーションでいい感じに仕上がっています。もうひとつのサウスゲートホテルもそんな感じで気に入っていたので期待通り！レストランの朝食ももりだくさんで美味しくホテルスタッフもみなさん丁寧な接客で満足です。今回は座間味島に行く目的だったので立地も最高！中心地にも近くて便利！またリピートします。

施設は新しく快適でした。客室は船室をイメージさせるこだわりを感じるデザインで、窓から見える泊港の景色とマッチして、離島への船旅がすでに始まっているかのような気分に。さすがPlan -Do-Seeさん。利用した客室にはシャワーのみでバスタブはありませんでしたが、大浴場があるので不自由には感じませんでした。整いコーナーもあるサウナも清潔、また有酸素マシン＋ダンベル、ローラーのみでしたがジムもあり、またランドリーもありがたかったです。いずれも混雑状況や、空き状況が部屋のモニターで確認できるのもよかった。そして何より朝食がとてもよかった。海鮮丼、フレンチトースト、EIBUN監修の沖縄そばが３大推し。サラダコーナーにはふっくら蒸された鶏胸肉とブロッコリーのサラダ、アボカドなど筋トレに励みながら身体づくりをしている者にとって嬉しいものもいろいろ。１階には旅客ターミナルと直結した出入口もあり、泊港を足場に慶良間諸島トリップのための那覇泊の足場としては最高だと思います。唯一残念だったのがプールがないこと。離島に向かう前日や離島から帰った日の夕方や夜、プールでのんびり夕陽が見れたらなぁと。テラスに大きくなくてもよいのでアダルトオンリーのプールの増設をぜひ検討いただきたいです。

2泊しました。建物自体は古いようですが綺麗にリノベーションされていてオシャレです。スタッフも親切に対応してくださり、とても快適に過ごせました。お食事もとても美味しかったですし、朝食ビュッフェ会場のレストランがとても広くて解放感があるので、朝の混雑する時間帯であってもゆとりがあり、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。

挙式の為利用しました。式や披露宴等はスタッフの対応含めとても良かったのですが、チェックインアウトがセルフだったので最初に案内等してほしかった。大浴場に行くルートが分からずたどり着けなかったので案内図を置くとか何とかしてほしい。料金程のサービスを感じれなかったのはとても残念。 客室はとても綺麗で清潔でしたがコーヒーやお茶等何も無いので飲み物は持ち込み必須。
