“We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. It really shows the pride taken in running this lovely B&B. Best we have stayed at and we have stayed in many over the years. Thanks again Greg and Sue...

“A beautiful property in lush grounds. Our room (no. 15) looked over the garden. Wonderful big shower with good power. Just off the main high street made it very quiet. Fab breakfast too to set you up for the day walking around the area.”

“We stayed in lodge 1, it is in serious need of some tlc and updating. The carpets, sofas should have been upgraded years ago, alongside the kitchen. Just a tired looking lodge now which is disappointing given the fantastic location. The pool is fab, and the Italian restaurant was lovely!”

“I struggled on how to review this property. In some ways the property is amazing and in other ways it could use some work. This property is very unique and set in a beautiful spot on Loch Ness. There a lot of things for kids to do on property. We loved sitting on the benches by the boat house looking out over the loch. The rooms are individually owned apartments. Our room was okay, but not the best. The furniture and area rug had stains. The toilet was difficult to operate. We were there in July...
