Had a good stay. Parking was good. Checked in at 3pm and was in my room within 10 minutes. Bar was good. I didn’t eat in the hotel. Couldn’t get the shower to work. Room was fine (in the main hotel). I would go back.

The room was very cosy and warm and clean extra pillows very nice shower also had dinner food was outstanding staff were very helpful and attentive to any request we had amazing big playground for kids spotless to pool gym. I couldn't fault this hotel staff will go above and beyond to make sure ur needs are met. Very very nice hotel they have everything u need overall it was the staff they were fantastic, very warming and polite family friendly pets to amazing place.also little arcades for the kids and bigger kids lol.

The staff at reception were extremely nice and breakfast was amazing, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable (hair on the floor and in the shower). Other than that, the hotel is great for kids as it has a lot of fun amenities.

Had a great stay at the Coylumbridge Resort Hotel. The staff were excellent. The hotel and facilities were great. The room was in good condition, clean and the en-suite seemed newly refurbed. A very enjoyable stay good value for money.

Rooms are basic but hotel is family friendly and lots to do with the kids on site. The pool being closed for several hours in the afternoon on sat and sun isn’t ideal though. Breakfast was great and bar food fair enough. It wasn’t clear that it was only bbq food in the woodshed on Fridays

This is a family orientated hotel. Think ‘Centre Parcs’ levels of activities without the insane prices. Location is amazing. Check in queue was 30 deep when I arrived and after 40 minutes of being stood in it and at the front it was still 30 deep behind me. We missed the swimming pool session in the evening because of the wait which was poor. Speaking to other people in the queue (some repeat customers) it is like this every time they attend. 👎 room was well appointed but shabby and grubby. Shower head missing. Only shower wand left to use. Stains on carpet and curtains. Dodgey ‘residue’ on toilet cistern. The money in this place has gone on activities (mostly aimed at younger kids) my 11 and 14 year old were too old for the soft play (takes up a whole building on hotel site) and did take an interest in the ‘lifesize’ animatronic dinosaurs for about 2 and 1/2 minutes. The ‘woodshed’ pizza and nachos treehouse on site is worth a visit. The main bar does decent drinks and staff are nice. For nearly £200 per night for a stay here, they need to do better really.

Clean, comfortable and warm, easy access to Cairngorm mountain / ski centre, Loch Morlich, Reindeer Centre and Loch Uaine (Green Loch). Food menu in bar a little limited (Burgers etc.) but has other eateries. Only negative is the walls are thin so can hear people in next rooms but the staff were very quick to act
