“Property in grave need of updating and refreshing. Old property defence does not cover mould behind wardrobe or broken and uneven tiles in bathroom. Housekeeping missed rotting food items left in a drawer by a previous occupant.”

“Wonderfully located in a natural setting and in short driving distance to several National Trust properties and only 30 to 45 minutes to Brighton. This is a great location if you want to combine a trip to the coast with spending time in the nature. Rooms are simple, but comfortable and the breakfast tasty and plentiful. There is a small indoor pool, including a steam room and sauna. I would definitely stay here again but hopefully the next time get a room where the television isn’t broken.”

“Staff were amazing, had a fab garden suite, so much room it was a delight. Was disappointed the outdoor pool was not in use anymore as that's advertised on Expedia and it was late July, the indoor pool facilities is somewhat tired too, would have enjoyed relaxing around the pool and reading my book, but overall, very good, food was also very good.”
