Hotel location is a bit noise for being close to waterfront and nearby attractions. Hotel parking is not ideal, very tight parking spaces.

The we stayed was spacious and clean the air conditioning did its job worked lovely. The staff were polite and helpful The lift was scary it felt like we were gonna fall the car park was tight spaces but understandably for the age of the hotel the gate wouldn't open I had to get out the car to go to reception to get someone to let us out but overall a really good weekend

Booked a family room - 2 adults one child. Front desk allocated us a standard double. No answer from the telephone to the front desk. This meant one of us having to return to the lobby to complain in person. Waiting thirty minutes whilst a staff member tried to figure out how to assemble the sofa bed then find bed linen. Not ideal at 11pm with a tired child. Not enough towels were provided either. Around midnight the staff member returned to our room as he’d lost his set of hotel keys and was retracing his steps. Overall it felt like an armature experience. One positive was the breakfast buffet which was of a very good standard.

Wonderful hotel, can’t ask for more and very friendly manager had been helpful. 2 double bed premier room so lovely and brilliant. Want to go back again. Breakfast included it is good choice. Easy to walking go shops, pub and meal.
