“I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.”

“The staff were really helpful, both when booking and on arrival. The lady who dealt with our booking gave very useful information about the centre. We travelled from Sussex on the day and our parking was available on arrival and accessible at all times. We arrived on a Sunday for the concert at Ludlow Castle, the staff were really accommodating with our timings. The room was very well organised and clean, beds very comfy! “Lovely lodges, well maintained and nice hot tub Only disadvantage is not being able to keep the car at the lodge as my friend has poor mobility. We had been promised the lodge closest to the restaurant building, but we weren't put in there unfortunately”

“Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”

“Norma was absolutely wonderful, helpful and efficient. The accommodation was clean and tidy, shower was great. Breakfast was well varied and tasty. Evening meal was excellent. Bar and staff were good. Will be visiting again 😊”
