Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Emerald

“I have haven’t stayed here for maybe 4 or 5 years and condition of the room has really started to show the age and use. Negatives- Small stains on the carpet and stains on the chair cushions. Night table next to the bed missing plastic protector caps on two of the metal legs, looks bad and could be a safety hazard. Hand held shower head not screwed on to the hose properly, resulting in a blast of cold water to my face. I unscrewed it and screwed it on properly fixing the issue. No Kleenex...

“Very basic hotel on a busy freeway. Our shower was cold and when I called reception to let them know of this issue they said they would send the manager but he didn’t come or follow it up on anyway. The view from our ground level triple room was of the back of a shed with rubbish. The rooms have been renovated but the building is old and the staff were not very helpful.”

“Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again.”

“Always lovely staff at this hotel. We had an issue with the room, they promptly allocated us to an upgraded room for the balance of our stay.”

“Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.”
