“Me gustó todos”

“The best of all was the staff. Very helpfull and friendly.”

“Estuve seis noches con motivo de un Congreso internacional celebrado en una universidad de la ciudad. El tamaño medio del hotel, en comparación con otros mayores de la zona, le hace más atractivo. El personal fue muy servicial, y los desayunos generosos. Las instalaciones están modernizadas, y la zona es tranquila y cómoda, junto a las playas del sur. Quedé bastante satisfecho, con una buena relación calidad-precio. Superó mis expectativas.”

“Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

“The apartment was lovely, despite a few minor details. I would highly recommend it as a holiday venue, as it is right on the beach, and easily reachable by road from anywhere in the city. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. They reacted immediately to any concern or request; their professionalism is of the highest level. The view of the harbour and passing...

“Muy buena experiencia ”

“This old-fashioned guest house is a lovely place to stay in the central Durban area. We really appreciated the ease of getting around -- easy access to many good things. The owners are friendly, and the staff are outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Eagle Wind Manor provides charming and quaint accommodation in a gracious old house at the top of Botha’s Hill - convenient for both Hillcrest and Kearsney College. The beds were amazing - great mattresses and pillows, better than many top hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were generous. The property is immaculately maintained by both gardening and household staff but it is not modern by any means and could...

“I cancelled on arrival when I saw the poor conditions the place was in and lost my whole payment. The reception area looked like a pigs corters. We got backrooms after we paid for rooms with balconies - 3x rooms. I demand my refund from Booking dot com please”

“Lovely hostess. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and a beautiful house. We had a room with a view of the harbour. The rooms are air conditioned which is essential in Durban in December. ”

“buen hotel, buena comunicación, muy buen trato del personal. la habitación standard es pequeña, demasiado cargada de cosas, pero el cuarto de baño está bien”

“An amazing place to stay, very welcoming and friendly staff...breakfast was amazing. Keep up the good work ”

“Great locationIt was a good relaxed and quite stay. Host is welcoming and very helpful. I certainly will be booking for my next stay in the city. I can’t rate excellent, as there is always a room for improvement. I recommend Mackaya Guest Hiuse! ”

“Snezana and the Staff made my stay in Umhlanga unforgettable. I’ve travelled to South Africa more than a dozen times and this Guesthouse was by the best experience I’ve ever had. It was like home away from home. I will definitely stay here again next year when I visit South Africa.”
