Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Allerford

“The staff were all amazing, they were there for whatever you needed and happy to help. The place was very well located, close to the train station and with beautiful views over Barry. The room was very good for the price, tho it lacked some basics (like a bin on the bathroom), and it was in need of a retouch. I'm fact, the whole place, while clean, needed a small refurbishment. It was sad that at the time of the stay they couldn't serve breakfast on the beautiful room they had at the front of...

“This is an Honest Review of our stay October 2026. Upon arrival we found the main door was locked. There was a hand written note on the door saying the pub/restaurant was shut due to an electrical fault. Fair enough this is beyond the control of the hotel. A member of staff did let us in and told us our room was ready and not affected by the electrical fault. They showed us to our room and that was that. The Room was ok. The room was nothing special, it was clean and tidy with some general wear...

“Had a cottage suite and it was great .Roomy accomodation comfortable beds and clean .Good breakfast and nice staff”

“Excellent attention to detail. The Landlord and his team were extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much bother. Free parking was an added bonus.”

“Our stay at the Lorna Doone B&B could not have been better! We loved everything about our experience in this beautiful house with fantastically friendly hosts. Great room, a delicious breakfast and wonderful people who made us feel like royalty and family at the same time. Certainly one of the best places that we have ever had the luck to experience.”

“This was our second time of staying here and again was not disappointed it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only issue was the mattress we feel a new one would be beneficial due to wear”

“Wow! We liked everything about our stay. The directions were spot on (not always easy in the UK) and the on -site parking was an added bonus. The location is walking distance to The Valley of Rocks in Exmoor National Park, and to the super cute “Old Town” area of Lynton. Our room was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were in a deluxe hotel. My husband was especially impressed by the complimentary cake. Superb breakfast, which is made to order with many options....

“We were welcomed by Charles and looked after very well both by Charles and Alison. Alison’s breakfasts were amazing. Gorgeous location and lovely homely touches ”

“Beautiful clean property Drew & Penny are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. This is our second visit and we will be returning next year.”

“I forget to mention that we have stayed in expensive hotels with smaller inferior rooms and service.”

“Lovely stay, rooms located separate from the pub to keep noise down. Staff were brilliant and very reasonably priced.”

“The suite was amazing!!! It was incredibly clean, spacious and had excellent amenities (ie. full kitchen and laundry). The host was available immediately to help with our late check-in. The location was also fantastic, as it was across the street to the beach and walkable to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Highly recommend”
