“Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good.”

“The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range. The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests. “It stated free parking and it really isn’t. Ended up having to call someone to sort it. Costs you £6 a day and the parking is all on street and incredibly tight. Ended up adding another £50 onto our booking. The house itself is a good size but toilet left with stains in it, odd cobwebs but overall pretty clean. Pretty close to everything”
