Nice spacious room very clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk and bottled water. The little fridge was handy too. Maxine was the perfect host. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was lovely. We will certainly stay here again.

The breakfast choice was great. Dining room was pristine and the food choice and quality was lovely. The room however overlooked a yard with a dirty old wet mattress for the view. The toilet pedestal and the amount of pubic hairs around the toilet floor was foul.

A bit pricey to be called hotel.

Well from this year they decided to drop the reseption and put in a code lock at the front door, and key boxes on every room. That's ok but NOT getting any information about this before I arrived is terrible customer service. They had three tlf nr. At the door and luckily the last one responded. Room was nice and spacy, and bed ok. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, so if you are a girl with long hair, be patient. The breakfast was ok, but forget to have any sausage.. poached eggs, who rally wants that? Skip the breakfast and find a nice one in the city instead.They have no place to sit outside if you want a smoke! Had it last year, but it was rotted away but never replaced.. The two that served breakfast was really customer minded so I give them a +

Short Stay in Cleethorpes

The hotel is well located close to the town centre and seafront for easy access to most attractions and shops. There is no reception so you get your codes emailed to you - completely didn't realise this as hadn't got an email in the morning before travelling (it came later) though did ring up the staff and they were understanding and got me in, with all information being resent. We booked really nice small double for a fair price in July - it even had a fridge to keep our drinks cool during wet but humid weather. Yeah, the bed was just about adequate for two, but it was cosy and we slept well for the entire stay. Didn't realise we had breakfast with the booking, so it was nice to get up for that. Food was fresh and the lady who handled it was lovely. There was on odd smell in our bathroom, but we think it was just how the drains in the building were, and was ignorable - the bathroom was really clean, so can't fault that. The hotel is really well maintained, all public areas in good condition, and check out was straightforward. I do highly recommend!

Great location, good value for money. Nice breaky

Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money. Great location if attending events in Cleethorpes.

Well appointed friendly hotel

A welcoming hotel with friendly ,but efficient staff. Well situated near the seafront, the Burlington is a great advert for Cleethorpes.Great breakfasts,too!

Loved it

Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size too. Hotel is only a few steps away from the sea front and is well kept. Manager of the hotel is a hard working lady, who does her very best to enaure all guests are looked after. Room and hotel is self check in and plenty of parking either infront of the hotel, in the carpark a few steps away or there are 5 at the back of the property. The rooms have a mini fridge, which was a nice touch, as well as a television and tea/coffee making facilities. You can request decaffinated tea should you need it. The balcony is a nice place to sit in good weather. There is a good variety of choices for breakfast, such as toast, fruit, cereals and hot food. Would definitely return
