“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location nice and quiet. The playground was covered in snow and our daughter loved it! The playground even without snow would be amazing. I would definitely come back here again. ”

“Trošku sklamaná pri ubytovaní, pretože pri príchode nám dali iba kľúč s číslom izby, kade ísť a čas raňajok. Pri bare boli 2 čašníčky, mali veľa roboty, čo aj chápem, ale tak snáď by mal mať takýto človek trošku prednosť, keď sa ide ubytovať. Izbu sme museli meniť, pretože v izbe chýbal televízor. Nebolo nám povedané ani wifi heslo. Samozrejme, že sme tam neprišli pozerať tv a ani surfovať po internete, ale je 21.storočie, internet treba, keď sme si zisťovali nejaké info o meste alebo cestu...

“Super ! Bien placé, au calme, pas trop loin du centre (il faut un véhicule). Stationnement possible dans la cours de la maison. Cuisine bien équipé et propre, appartement spacieux. Lits confortables. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais nous ne les avons pas vu ni entendu du séjour (seulement pour la remise des clés). Vraiment top ! ”

“Leider bei Buchung 10 km von ski Krahule angegeben es waren aber in Real 49!!! + dieses hotel waren hotel Zimmer Sauberkeit und die Rezeption - war die schon angegebene Entfernung von Ski Gebiet Die veraltete Dusche Wellnes sehr kalt (wasser in pool auch) und schlecht organiesiert (für jede kleinichkeit zum beispiel tuch für sauna oder getrenk oder bade mantel musste man den weg nach oben zum Rezeption absolvieren) Leider nicht so toll vileicht in sommer ok in winter nach den kalten...

“I was highly dissatisfied as after a long drive and arriving late at night, the hotel informed me that I was not in the system (while I had my full confirmation with me). Moreover, the hotel was not as pictured and certainly not worth 100 USD a night. Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...
