“Courteous staff Attractive setting”

“The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover”

“It was nice and clean. the people that work there are very nice.”

“Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.”

“Had a really enjoyable stay here! The staff were friendly, welcoming and more than happy to help with any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a hiking trip, as it's ideally located for exploring nearby walking routes, including Pen y Fan. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my one-night stay. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.”

“Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad pero hay que estacionarse sobre la calle. Mala atención en el restaurante. La peor cena de mi viaje. Lamb shank mala, seco y frio! Y nadie se acerco así que no me pude quejar.”
