I had had an enjoyable stay here some years back and remembered how crisp and clean it was but now this premier inn feels seriously tired and grimy. Some simple issues I needed with room changes seemed so difficult for the staff, and although they all were very willing to try to help it was extremely lengthy and needed 2 attempts...

“Ascensor estropeado y nos daban 4° y 6° planta. Finalmente nos dieron una 2° planta para las dos habitaciones pero una de las personas embarazada y otra con problemas de rodillas no es lo más adecuado. Recepcionista poco resolutiva. ”

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo: restaurantes, supermercados, estación del tren, mall, cine. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. ”

“Modernish guest house style block attached to a large pub. Staff were very good and helpful throughout. My room was well equipped and had plenty of room. It was also quiet and very clean. The restaurant does breakfast and main meals - these start at 10am. A regular bus service goes past outside and that takes you into town in around 1/4 of an hour. A good budget place to stay in Swindon.”
