“The buffet in the restaurant could have more options since it is huge but most of the dishes are the same kind.”

“發現塌塌米有些破損，浴室浴缸的水無法順利暢通，但是陽台上看煙火很捧”

“Bathroom in the room very small; however you can use the great onsen at the neighbour hotel for free.”

“湖畔の花火が、客室からよく見えて満足！”

“There were some bugs around the outside the tub. like wood chippers i suppose. didn’t really mind them but still worth mentioning.”

“夜中に到着したからか、フロントの対応が悪かった。布団も清潔ではなかった。”

“It was quiet with an attentive, but inflexible staff. My wife and I wanted a room with a private onsen and this hotel was the only one in the entire area. Also the check-in time is not as restrictive as some online review complained (before 6pm) so more flexible for a busy travel schedule. The staff is courteous and responsive to guests' need when they observe it. The only challenge for guests...
