“close to beach & penguins”

“Quiet location close to everything needed.”

“Gorgeous location right by the Cam river. Ample parkland for children/young families within a very quick walk which is well seperated from the roadways. My stay was post holiday-period, so off-peak I guess. Due to this the onsite restaurant was only going to be open on weekend's.”

“Great place for the price and nice and quiet,no noise.”

“Excelente vista en frente del mar. Piscina interior pequeña pero suficiente. Nice seaview. Swiming pool.”

“Bed was comfortable and the staff lovely ”

“Clean comfortable accommodation at an affordable rate. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Was a quick overnight stop on a longer trail but would gladly stay here again.”

“We were in the Iris room which was lovely and had a river view. The room was very clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was included which was delicious. My husband had the cooked breakfast which was very reasonably priced. We really liked Rachel and enjoyed our chats and her helpfulness. We highly recommend this place”

“Nice friendly motel, great views over the water. Appreciated comfort in the lounge whilst awaiting my delayed flight to King Island. ”

“Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff with a great bistro attached. Would stay again”

“An amazing place to stay and visit; we loved our little cottage and the gardens. Our hosts were just lovely and we can't wait to visit again some time! Our only regret; staying just the one night!!”

“Definitely on point description of the property. I will highly recommend it. Central and close to everything. Thanks again!!1”

“House was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. ”

“Ocean Views; Practical location; Clean; Helpful staff;”

“Great stay with my family. Very large room. Comfy beds. Lounge area. Very good condition. Off street parking included. Walkable distance to everything in penguin. Would highly recommend. Phone issue when checking in but easily sorted by Rob.”

“what a great spot to sit back and watch the world go by”

“This was a great find. Owner was very helpful and engaging. Excellent provisions for breakfast, both in terms of quality and quantity. Very quiet and spacious. Abundance of wildlife to see on the veranda. Great shower and laundry useful. Only negative being zero WiFi although very good 4G available. Photos don’t do it justice. ”

“The room smelt really bad. The power point in the bathroom didn’t work. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Not bright enough. The mirror was dirty. But at least the sheets were clean and clean towels With Covid these days the room was not clean enough. Very disappointing ”
