“Room was excellent. Majority of staff struggle with English even though it is a major tourist area ( I know I don't speak Thai, but in tourism English is required as the more universal language). To be told to come back at 8pm (at 2pm) when the 1 person with a grasp of English would be available is odd. Breakfast was good. Location good.”

“Overall, they were really good, the only two things we found a little down was the breakfast being cold at 9.20am ( the rice ) , and ordering a taxi, the reception was not that great with it, otherwise, the staff and the rooms were good, one more thing , the lift tend to close before you get in , when a few people get off and you have to wait, then it closes immediately, dose not allow U enough time to get in .”

“Not bad but far from centre. 10 mins tuk tuk ride, take the hotel card otherwise no one knows what your saying. Pillows were like serviettes and when we asked for more we were charged 20baht per extra pillow. Breakfast was adequate but not the best. Although bathrooms are clean the mildew and black stained grouting makes it look filthy. But like i said you get what you pay we spent around 7 hours every day in the room the rest of the time we were out so it didnt bother us too much. We paid €83...
