Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Kisumu

“Clean quiet nice place”

“This place was definitely not as advertised, it is not family friendly or safe for a foriegner, AND all you have to do is ask any local, i wouldnt stay and they would not give a refund, but if Hotels.com continues to advertise them falsely I will have not only the BBB .. I did take my family to a more reputable place across town”

“The staff was great!!! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was phenomenal!!! The kitchen staff were great as well, they really took care of us. ”

“Het personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk de gebouwen zijn alsof je terug in de koloniale tijd stapt in positieve manier want ze zijn goed onderhouden ,het eten is goed en in engelse stijl”

“After making a reservation as per, usual as a couple with a teenage daughter, when we arrived, we were told that in order to get the suppossed free rollaway bed as is usually shown in the reservation description, this time it would cost 2k more to get the bed or the three people could just share one bed. The manager refused to speak with my husband and I personally so we had to leave and come back later. Finally, they agreed to include the bed at no extra cost and the manager did end up offering...

“Always a pleasant stay. Staff is super welcoming.”

“It was not close to the airport as the sight said but other than that it was a nice place”

“Very nice service from reception”
