“This is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was a massive leak in my shower that flooded/dripped all night, making it impossible to sleep. If you care about the environment, avoid this place—the sheer amount of water wasted due to their lack of maintenance was deeply upsetting. I reported this issue multiple times at the front desk andabsolutely no one helped me”
