Great hotel! Perfect manager and staff! Only thing i didnt like was no microwave in room, and the garage parking. We ended up parking on Market street to be able to keep our car keys with us at all times because all of the garages are Valet. NO SIR. Property was gorgeous and everyone was helpful and friendly. The manager was the bomb!

The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again.
