“There were no amenities, but we love the mimi bar, bought food and put in frig!! A bonus from most rooms!!”

“Excelente ubicación, a buena distancia del Hyde Park, Museos (Natural History, Science y V&A). Enfrente se encontraba un mercado Sainsbury que abre de 7 a 24Hs. Parada de bus a pocos metros. Servicio de conserje para dejar las llaves. La habitación muy completa en cuestiones para cocinar y/o limpieza. Muy buena vista.”

“The location was ideal. However disappointed there was no TV in the apt especially staying there for 3 weeks. Washer but no dryer no iron or board. Eventually rack dryer & iron provided after complaint. Noisy because of the building going on next door. Sofa torn & stained.”

“Lovely location on Park Walk. Above restaurants but you really do not hear them. Veranda could use a little TLC. Putting a decent table and chairs out there would make the experience a little nicer. Overall, it was clean , very comfortable bed, plenty of storage and a good experience. The host Harry was an excellent communicator, we had trouble finding the iron and he was very helpful. I was offered and paid for guaranteed early check-in (we had an international flight arriving early...

“Property was very nice. Clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Nous avions loué sur Fulham road et nous étions au 30 Gunter Grove Nous étions 4 et nous avions réservé en conséquence un logement avec 1 lit double dans 1 chambre, 1 lit simple dans une chambre … jusque là conforme mais il manquait 2 canapé 1 place convertible comme précisé… et 1 matelas gonflable creuveé … uns solution de remplacement trouvée 3 jours après !! Regrettable”

“At day before arrival provider changed the booking to different location nearly 3 km away and to upper level of an older property without a lift. The app they use does not work”

“Upon arrival, I noticed that the heater in my room was not functioning properly. I immediately reported this issue to the agent, and they assured me that a technician would be sent to address the problem. However, after waiting several hours, on next day no one came to fix the heater, and I had to endure a very cold night. The next day, I followed up with them again, and they promised to send someone to take a look. Regrettably, the heater remained unrepaired for the duration of my stay ”

“Multiple issues with this property. The second hey box wouldn’t open, so only had one key. The heat wouldn’t turn off making it very stuffy at all times. The showers had so little pressure they just dripped and we had to wash hair in sinks. The basement one was the worst. Location is great. It’s a quiet street but walkable to much. Adequate space and bedrooms. However the property needs much work and good luck if you need help- no one returned my call from the first night we arrived. ”

“Positives: Nice, well furnished flat in a convenient location Negatives: Day 1: No hot water, no light in the bathroom and landing, No heat because the batteries in the thermostat had run out. Bathroom sink was blocked. Day 2: By the night of day 2, after repeated e-mails and phone calls, got the batteries for the thermostat and bulbs for the light fixtures in the bathroom and the landing. The bathroom sink had been unblocked 3. By day 3, hot water was back 4. Day 4 was peaceful, with heating,...

“The place had the essentials, but . . . The bed took up much of the room, so I bumped my shin against bed frame a couple of times as I moved around the bed to get to the table. Normal TV viewing was unavailable although a monitor was mounted on the wall. The bed seemed squishy and sheets were not fitted, which was somewhat uncomfortable, but did not impede sleep or cause backache. Bed pillow was smelly so I covered it with a spare towel. The kitchen was adequately equipped.”
