“Property located in center of Bemus Point, NY. It was exactly what I was looking for at Chautauqua Lake.”

“Beautiful house! So spacious and comfortable. We went at the beginning of June, and the town still seemed a bit closed up from the winter. Many shops only opened on Fri, Sat and Sunday. That may be different when summer is in full swing. Strong Brew was a quaint little coffee shop in walking distance. The town was charming. Close for a day trip to Niagara Falls and Presque Isle State Park.”
