“Great location”

“Clean stay but not great for overseas travellers who need bedding provided. We had no idea that bedding wouldn’t be included and needed to “upgrade” to a smaller room with fewer beds but had blankets.”

“Perfect stay/location for our Football Tournament”

“.”

“Fantastic place to stay. The bed was a little hard for our liking but hey that’s the beauty and unknowns when staying else where. Super clean and convenient. Excellent hosts and great breakfast collection. We will def be back ”

“No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough.”

“No tv”

“Clean, safe, friendly. Beautiful home”

“We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful and was situated about 15 minutes outside Hamilton. I have traveled a lot a the hosts were excellent. I got to meet two other guests staying there as well. I didn’t have a tv in my room but it gave me the opportunity to unplug from the world. I did log in using their high speed internet and it was the best of any location I stayed at in New Zealand. The shower was awesome as well! I took some pictures as I’m looking to update my shower at home as well. ...

“This property is in a great location for travel between Wellington and Auckland. Easy dining options within walking distance but no on site food options. Spacious room with excellent in-room amenities for short or long stays”

“It was a wonderful B&B. Breakfast was very nice and the owners were very friendly. The property was amazing.”
