“Nice quiet flat, very close to beach with street parking. Good amenities and comfortable bed. Would stay again”

“Great location. It was ideal for what we needed it for. We found it hadn't really been cleaned properly. Bits of chedder crisps left underneath the side table . We had to wash up most of the bowls and saucepans before use as had dried bits of food on them. My son dropped a small toy that rolled just under the bed in the main bedroom, it was filthy under there. Think they do the bare minimum clean between each guests. ”

“It was in a perfect spot to either sit & enjoy beaches or walk & enjoy more beaches, lots of good food, Lots of amenities close by to”

“The self catering flat was clean, well equipped particularly in the kitchen and living room with fans, jigsaws and dvds galore. There were even binoculars to better appreciate the sea views. ”

“Great location...yet bedroom and bathroom need maintenance”

“Although a one-bathroom cottage with a downstairs shower looked initially to be difficult for our party of five, we quickly came to terms with it and enjoyed our stay. With bedroom windows opened we enjoyed the early morning views and sounds of the north Norfolk coast. The property was ideally located close to downtown Wells. All in all - a hit👌”

“Not a great experience, we checked in on a Saturday. The place is quite dark and cold. I sent a message to the owner on the Saturday with no response. We woke on Sunday morning with no hot water and despite any messages, it is now Monday and still no response. We ended leaving the place early and checked in somewhere else.”

“comfortable two days”

“Cute petite cottage with lots of charm. Good location for exploring. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud - my favourite part! Would definitely stay again and recommend.”
