“Not at all good I was shocked to see the hotel. It is not all what I saw in the pictures. Hardly I managed to stay there for three nights. No hot water for taking shower. Hardly I have space to keep my luggage. ”

“The picture are not realistic,this hotel should be banned from expedia.I booked a deluxe room but was given another room under pretext that the previous guest is no where no be found and has not checked out.Finally after 8 long hour we got the room but to my dismay the mattress was smelly, door knob non existent.No mirror on wall broken office chair in the room fridge dont work,The problems are endless, such as mosqitoes in the room.I wish I could submit pictures here.I am asking for full refund...

“The person at the reception was so hostile. He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com. He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted. Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. ”
