We had an absolutely amazing stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai, and the standout was their incredible hospitality. Every single staff member went out of their way to take care of us personally and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. A special mention to their senior chef, Prabhakaran, who was so kind and warm — he personally checked in with guests during breakfast to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

This was my third stay here in the last 13 months. I stayed for 3 days and truly loved the entire experience. One thing that stood out was during dinner with my family and friends—they assigned a dedicated staff member to take care of our 14-month-old baby, which allowed all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The restaurant manager was also extremely flexible and accommodating to our unique requests. I strongly recommend this place.
