“A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place”

“The breakfast was of poor options and poor quality. Once something was finished there was no replacement (the drinks had one jar of each and once that jar is finished there is no more, same goes for the pao de queijo or cakes). The only item I saw being replaced was a small tray of sliced cheese and ham that contained about 5 slices of each) I was there for 3 days and only saw the small pool being cleaned once. There were ants everywhere by the pool and they kept "climbing" onto the sun loungers...

“Recomendo ”
