Toalha e lençóis muito velho. A toalha machucava a pele . A cama estava suja inclusive tive que pedir outro lençol Para recepção e eles não tinham e me deram uma colcha também altamente desgastada . A dormida foi tão ruim que fiz reserva para 2 noites e saí antes de concluir 1 diária

Estadia excelente com a maioria dos funcionários cordiais e atenciosos. Café da manhã é bom com ambiente agradável, mas com pouca variedade de opções de frutas. Estacionamento do subsolo é bom e espaçoso, mas não tem vagas para todos, inclusive tem uma vaga que se alguém estacionar atrapalha metade do estacionamento. O quarto também é ótimo com chuveiro bem ajustados em temperaturas quente/frio e cama bem confortável. Ar condicionado excelente que fez frio até setado em 25 graus. De ponto negativo foi a falta de um cobertor no quarto e alguém que estacionou o carro e prendeu metade do estacionamento kk.

Café da manhã era fresco, limpeza dos quartos boa, horário de café excelente. Tivemos um problema no primeiro dia com a nossa cama, a mesma teve um pé quebrado. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção foram super solicitos, verificaram um quarto e logo em seguida fizeram a troca.

É um hotel bonito, possui estacionamento próprio, a recepcionista que me atendeu foi muito educada e simpática, pena não lembrar o seu nome. O quarto em que fiquei era pequeno, a cama boa, travesseiros muito alto, tv smart, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, frigobar também funcionando bem. Sobre o café da manhã tem opções de frutas, frios (todos os tipos de queijo estavam com o gosto de velho), tem bolos, cuscuz, ovos, salsicha, senti falta de um frango/carne. Tem uma máquina que oferta café, cappuccino, café com leite e sempre adoro essa oferta. Fica na frente de uma farmácia e padaria, apesar de não ser a beira mar, é próximo a orla.

Recomendo muito o hotel, tudo limpo, roupa de cama e toalhas tbm, a equipe muito gentil e solícitos. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas para um casal deu tudo certo, a localização do hotel é ótima, tem tudo perto, dá pra ir a praia a pé. Um ponto a melhorar é tomada e luz no quarto, ele é um pouco escuro, e não ter tomada dos dois lado da cama é meio chato. Comemorei o meu aniversário lá e a camareira Carla decorou o quarto, fiquei muito grata.

O atendimento é excelente, todos os funcionários são muito educados! O quarto deixa um pouco a desejar, o lugar é reformado e bem pequeno, além da iluminação não ser boa, o que pode ser ruim para mulheres na hora da maquiagem! A higiene é ok, mas poderia ser melhor. O cafe da manhã é bom, tem bolo, ovos, pães, sucos e café, o essencial.
