“Room was cold heating not working. Was a portable heater in room. Carpet was absolutely filthy. Chair was ripped. Bathroom was clean”

“(October 2026, on a Monday) At the time best price in 100(!) miles radius. En-suite enclosed parking included heating on as centre location lot of good amenities around....all surprise Not for wheelchair user.”

“Family friendly and clean room”

“Our room was very nice and comfortable.”

“Lovely stay and friendly team”

“Loved the room bed and bathroom lots of nice features and the pub was good”

“Had a lovely stay. The room was nice and clean. Really cosy interiors as well. Bed super comfy and the shower was excellent. Really appreciated them accepting a later checkout as well. Would definitely stay again .”

“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff...

“It was ok but what I did not really like is that after booking, they took me to some where else. It was comfortable and nice. Also central area. Wasn't really a bad idea to stay there in the end. The people I met there were nice people ”

“It was a good experience, everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, the food could be a bit better, for the high price ”

“Not worth it ”

“Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay.”
