“I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive. ”

“The customer service staff was incredibly helpful! We left a bag behind and Adam was extremely cooperative in getting it sent as a parcel to our next hotel.”

“Very good accommodation in good location. Very straightforward self check in. Staff very helpful and available via text. Lovely clean and spacious room.”

“It was a good place to stay, thank you”

“Great room with space to spare. Power shower hot water was good. Bed comfy. Wish there was also a sheet, not just a duvet/doonah. Too hot in summer for a duvet! Do-able walk from city centre, or bus public transport. Quiet street. Good breakfast, worth the £10.”

“Bedroom was nice. It was nice to have a bed to sleep in and a working restroom. We shared the building with other guests and never saw the owner. Washing machine has mold. Shower has mold. They had lots of rules of how you can/cannot use the kitchen.”

“Parfait”

“Comfortable beds, clean, close to transit, shopping and restaurants. The apartment could use a little tcl but I would stay here again ”
