Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Just small rooms and small beds. If your a couple it is tough to get a good night sleep. Rooms on road side are very loud with traffic and people.

Good common area with lots of space to hangout/do work/eat. Free coffee machine in the common area. Although the weather was very mild during my stay, the room was quite warm. No A/C or fans. Cracking the window helped a bit, but there are a handful of bars nearby and it's a busy street. Street noise was a big negative. Lots of young folk out very late, drunk, and loud.

Don’t expect for hotel service, it just a student accommodation. The location is good, very near the Botanic station and not too noisy at night. However, I booked the studio room, but there’s no cutlery in the room, and don’t even expect for any seasoning. The biggest problem is the door of the toilet is really hard to close, you need to push it hard. And when we close the door, the mirror on the wall suddenly falls down! Luckily no one get hurt, but the mirror drop to the socket and makes it broken (actually I don’t know why the socket will exposed and being broken…) It’s good for budget travellers, but not for leisure.

It’s a nice place to stay - we were just there for one night, this place may be better for a longer stay. The rooms are kind of like apartments. Staff were friendly and walking into town was reasonable and there’s a bus stop right there as well. Would stay again!

Superb new accodomation in the heart of Belfast. Clean, comfortable and very secure. Great value for money and within easy reach of most attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

listing hadn't made clear this is student accommodation opened up outside term time. That being said, fairly neat modern rooms. Very secure, need a keycard to get in each corridor, let alone the room. In fact main entrance doesn't open up unless let in by someone at reception (which isn't always fully staffed so might have a moment or two waiting). For the price and central location, really it's fine, just that it's missing some basic amenities you expect from hotels like basic toiletries (again wouldn't have made the assumption they'd be present if I'd known it was just student halls). Room was quite warm, despite it not being the heatwave. Good sized desk though as you'd hope for given the primary purpose of the room.

Struttura distante appena quindici minuti a piedi dal centro città (Grand Opera House). Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita e ordinata. La stanza in cui ho pernottato (una singola con letto matrimoniale) era essenziale ma ottimale per un soggiorno di una settimana. Uniche note dolenti sono la mancata pulizia del bagno e la mancanza del phon in stanza (l'ho comunque richiesto e me lo hanno fornito subito). Zona tranquilla anche a tarda ora con diverse attività.
