“grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's...

“Definitely looks fairly new as if they are still setting up some things, however, the view was totally worth every penny, I loved the porch swing! Very relaxing room, very quiet inside even though it is by high traffic. The water pressure was amazing, I actually accidentally fell asleep in the tub. The beds were very comfortable, definitely would stay again!! The space in the back to walk was incredible, I woke up to watch the sunrise, it was breathtaking. The employee (owner) was very friendly!...
