“Dirty room, hair all over floor and dirt, also in shower, had to buy toilet paper, no garbage can, no stuff in kitchen to use, not very friendly staff - would not recommend or stay here again”

“I searched this on Trivago with a filter to include breakfast. When I arrived there was clearly no breakfast. Too expensive for “room only” when I thought the extra was for the addition of breakfast. There were tables to accommodate breakfast but no staff at all 🙈 Why show a dining room if there’s no food provided?”

“Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”

“Booked a double room for two people "a studio" in student accommodation. Had expectations that this was not a hotel and did not expect hotel level services. Room was rudimentary but adequate (still have the feeling of the springs from the discount mattress!) At check in, the staff said the booking was still "under review" and they couldn't check us in. Having expedia resend the confirmation email and showing them that, suddenly unlocked the check in. We were issued one key and discovered one...

“Great room with space to spare. Power shower hot water was good. Bed comfy. Wish there was also a sheet, not just a duvet/doonah. Too hot in summer for a duvet! Do-able walk from city centre, or bus public transport. Quiet street. Good breakfast, worth the £10.”

“Given a room with a stench of cigarettes. Thankfully I had it changed. Initial key given not working. Environment overgrown with grass. Surprisingly met instructions in the property that cooking was not allowed. Never saw that when booking. Cleanliness good though”

“Firstly the room was fine ,clean with a comfortable bed ,the area was pleasant a large tesco a few min walk away buses into the city centre and a few takeaways locally ,unfortunately regarding the house the rooms needed soundproofing the floors and walls staitcases and the doors all were squeaky and noisy and it was difficult to sleep it would have been helpful if the owners informed us of the upcoming storms so we could have planned ahead,it would also been helpful if there was clearer...
