The side door is not hung properly, leaving large gaps at the top and bottom. The actual property was called Ambleside, not Aspen. The layout of the decking with only one set of steps meant continually walking the full length of the caravan twice to get to/from the parking. “Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend.”
