“The hotel is fine,.. service could improve in the lobby where waiters don’t come to you at times ever. But more importantly the reason I booked was because I was told shuttles ran back and forth to gstaad which was a service I was told existed to encourage me to book and that was not the case as hotel us just outside town. taxis took long to arrive and it was at times frustrating to see the hotel shuttle unused and not available to move guests to and from town Breakfast was the best part ”

“Muy buena acogida, la habitacion preciosa y muy limpia, la comida riquisima (el cocinero es estrella michelin). Buenisima localizacion y para esquiar tienes todas las facilidades: alquiler de material en propio hotel, te llevan al teleferico y te vienen a buscar cuando les llamas. Y ¿que mejor q ir al spa despues de larga jornada de ski? Muy recomdable!!!”
