“I highly recommend this place for travellers in Hangzhou. The service is unmatched. Most staff speak English. They’re always available for help! It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered a huge variety of very fresh food.”

“Room was clean and well kept. However, the practice of switching off the aircon ( from 230am to 9am) was not acceptable at the time at end of April where the room temperature for sun-facing room to increase to 27 degree at 640 am causing profound discomfort. Had been awoken at such timing due to the heat. The hotel did nothing despite the feedback.”

“Personal muy cervical, lavadora disponible y cada dia toallas nuevas. Bastante cerca del lago, estación de metro y paradas de autobus y tiendas. Restaurante bueno y barato al lado derecha y KFC en la esquina. Simple pero comodo y con baño privado, por este precio no puedes pedir nada mas.”

“Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.”

“Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear.”
