“We have been here many times. We love the kindness of the staff and how hard they are working to accommodate all requests. However I think there was staff shortage and being served to the table at the bar seems impossible. Also quality of the food buffet seems to have declined compared to prior visits. I however want to thank the ladies at the reception they gave us the room we wanted.”

“Wonderful 6-Day Stay at Blue Dreams Resort Bodrum We had a wonderful 6-day stay at Blue Dreams Resort Bodrum and really enjoyed our holiday. We’ve stayed at many resorts locally, but this one was by far one of the friendliest and most welcoming we’ve experienced. The resort is very family-oriented and particularly great for children, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. “I dont usually do negative reviews, but this hotels service was very poor. The hotel itself was lovely, very nice views, very relaxing and calm. HOWEVER! The hotel staff were cowboys. Did not know what is going on. All in their own world. We drive all the way from the UK and had our first stop at this hotel to rest. Our room aircon was making a very strange but loud noise every 10 seconds! (I have a video for evidence). We complained 4 times… 1 to Guest Relations via whatsapp, 3 times in person....
