We loved staying at Baska resort. It was our first time in Bodrum. The resort is amazing, the views are breathtaking and the alll inclusive options are out of this world. Plus the entertaining areas are well designed and they look like a magazine covers. It is true the place is still undergoing renovation and the cleanliness around is not great, there are construction materials, etc. The rooms are very small but cute. We needed cleaning and instead of full sweep we got just 2 rolls of toilet paper. Had to escalate to get the cleaning crew back. Overall the whole experience was good. The food and the chefs and service staff get 10+, the rooms 5, cleaning-less 6. Beach was very beautiful but did not have access to the sand. It felt like a boat launch where you have to go in the sea with a ladder. There are some deep sections in the water and you have to be careful. The beach bar and all the cute venues around were amazing. Really good ice cream, they have kids section, few other beach food venues , drink bars, etc. live entertainment every day. If I have to rate my whole experience I would give it a 7 out of 10. Thank you!!!! Tanya and Adham

A very restful hotel with very helpful and willing staff. The food and drinks are all really delicious and of good quality. The access to the sea is great, a lovely bay to swim in.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon, room was quite dark , I was quite upset as booked sea front room . Hassan the relationship manager tried is upmost to make me relaxed and changed the room , if not for him I would have left Once settled we checked out the resort The facilities have a lot of impressive purks Like Fridges all over the place with free drinks The staff is absolutely fantastic and very attentive and polite, small issue they barely speak English so a lot of google translate, From the pool to the reception you need to take 4 lifts as hotel is on a huge slope Lift from pool to beach was not working hence a lot of stairs Overall we had a great time and lots of fun , very tasty ice cream and cakes The views are amazing , the spa is also very good , the laundry service turn around in 5hours was amazing and the welcome smiles from Tatiana when you enter the hotel reception were heartwarming

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is stunning, with expansive grounds, beautiful landscaping, and breathtaking views. Its private location makes it the perfect place to truly relax and disconnect. The amenities are exceptional. From the beachfront and pool to the wide variety of water activities, there was always something to enjoy. The dining options were fantastic, with generous buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as excellent à la carte seafood and Italian restaurants. There were also several bars and snack bars throughout the resort, so everything you could possibly need was just a short walk away. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had everything they needed. A special thank you to Hasan, the manager, and Emre from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcomed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. In fact, we enjoyed the resort so much that we never felt the need to leave the property during our entire stay, it truly had everything we were looking for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with outstanding service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with great variety of fresh and flovorfuk dishes every day. The sea was clear and beautiful. Making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Having a coffee while looking at Bodrum Castle was an unforgettable experience and one of the most peaceful moments of our vacation. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every question or problem we had was solved quickly, proffessionally and effectively. They genuinely cared their guests comfort and satisfaction and always found solution without delay. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants calm and relax for own holiday.

С первых минут чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса: весь персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный и искренне старается сделать отдых максимально комфортным. Отдельного восхищения заслуживает питание. Каждое блюдо это просто волшебство , качество и разнообразие кухни действительно впечатляют. Для любителей сладкого здесь настоящий рай — две кондитерские на территории отеля с большим выбором свежайших и невероятно вкусных десертов. (Я точно набрала пару лишних кило 🫣) Номера просторные и комфортные. Приятно удивило наличие капсульной кофемашины, а мини-бар с хорошим выбором напитков, включая алкоголь и энергетики, стал дополнительным приятным бонусом. Отдых получился замечательным, и во многом благодаря атмосфере заботы и гостеприимства, которую создает команда отеля. С удовольствием вернемся сюда снова! ❤️ (много фотографий нет, так как просто кайфовали и получали удовольствие от сервиса)

Whoever is rating this hotel as 5star has never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. The staff and the food were excellent however the hotel is under renovation and it's an ongoing construction site with many disruptions and work being carried out throughout the hotel The finishing works of the renovation is not 5 start quality, far from it. The vibe is nice around the place but it is not a high end establishment.
