Vacations Close To Zammermoos Ski Lift

Very clean, very neat place.

This was a very unique hotel compared to where we usually stay. May not be unique to Miami but this was our first trip to Miami. Staff was very courteous. Enjoyed staying there and will stay again.

Our room was not ready when we arrived due to water issues at the hotel. We were relocated to a room at the hotel next door, which was in poor condition. The room was dirty, and the sink was clogged with standing water. We had to stay there for approximately four days, which was a very disappointing experience. We received only $200 in compensation, which did not come close to covering the difference in value or the inconvenience we experienced. We paid significantly more for our stay at Nobu than what we received in return, and the hotel was unwilling to adjust the rate to reflect the accommodations at the neighboring hotel. Overall, we were very disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the level of customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Our stay was wonderful. Such friendly staff, everything we might need was there and we loved the cats!

This hotel is so beatuful its busy but when up pull up you feel like you are royalty. Everyone is so helpful and they do their best to make you feel special. Everything is clean, well lite, and smell so good..My room was 2407 Chelsea tower . I Had a fountain view. The view was so nice . Elevators ran very well for such a large hotel.I was just laying in bed looking at the night lights and fountain show. The shower was amazing, This was the first time I tried toiletries from a hotel and they where amazing. Never a problem getting taxs or ordering Uber. The valet key attentive, I nerve open or closed door on ride start from this hotel or returning. I am very over the top about attention to my comfort and Cosmopolitan hit all my marks. My husband and I will be returning. Because we still did not get to see the whole hotel. So, we are returning and hands down Cosmopolitan is the winner.

Nice view and environment only thing was the roof top restaurant service was a bit sloppy
