Seems like the corporation which owns this hole is uninterested in keeping up the property. For example, non-closing security door. Cold room. Just low class all around. A good place to stay away from.

Web page said coin laundry and breakfast. neither were there and I was counting on both. I skipped seeing that there was no elevator, but that was ok. There was also a sign in the office sating no loud parties (which I appreciated) but peopl eon my floor had the garbage cane ner the stairs overflowed with beer bottles. I underesratnd that management cant control this, but they were loud. I will choose my next stay wisely by asked in advance for things ont he web page actually being there.

I did not even stay there, it was so run down, the pool wasnt working I walked into the office and that's as far as I went. I would like a refund, I tried to get ahold of you yesterday about it, but no humans just automated. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and so do the people hanging around outside

This place isn’t described how it’s supposed to be. It doesn’t have a pool like they say they do. The guy that works the desk is a drunk smelled straight like alcohol. They wanted me and my mother in law to clean up the glass this is when we walked in the room at 11 pm our room should’ve been the same if it got checked before check in time. Me and my mother in law would’ve been dead if we came in at 3 pm. They wanted us to clean up the glass at first left glass out in the hallway when there is 3 year olds running up the hall with no shoes on.. Worst place to stay in Youngstown, Ohio!!!!! Don’t stay there.

We didn’t walk into the hotel. It was not like it looked in the pictures. There were broken down cars in the parking lot and it looked very dirty. We decided to check into another hotel so we paid twice to stay the night.

Disgusting hotel

Hotel was filthy, trash piled up in the hallways. There were splatters of something all over the bathroom wall in our room. There was a used a-tip stick to the hallway carpet, it was there the whole time we stayed. There was no breakfast available other than a brown paper sack with granola bars in it. No coffee maker in the room. I’llnever book here again.

Yuk!!!

The place was dirty and worn. ( see photos) The free breakfast consisted of 3 pre-wrapped snacks in a paper bag. The juice containers were empty. The bathroom food had no lock. The microwave oven had no turn table. The freezer in the fridge had 4 in. Of ice caked on it. I asked 3 times for extra pillows and towels— no response. No pool, No spa. But, the beds were comfortable.

Mattress too firm. Not comfortable.

The mattress was very disappointing. I woke up every morning with a sore back due to the firmness of the mattress. The room overall was fine, but they need much better beds for me to decide to stay there again.

Toliet did not work, every time we wanted to flush it we had to take the lid off & manually flush it. The tub lock did not work, we had to stuff a washcloth in it to keep the water in....we would appreciate a full refund! Also the pool & hot tub was not open. Eventually has been broken for a long time. False advertisement.

Pool is closed for good. Hotels.com we booked for hot tub to relax. No breakfast only sugar snacks and coffee. Very disappointed. Cracked ceiling in bathroom. Heat is very loud

Someone needs to do something about this

Have the stuff didn't work lights and remote hot tub didn't work at first and it was missing knobs the second floor had piles of trash. Waist high... Totally not worth the money or the deposit that you are afraid the whole time you won't get back like this place did to me last time.

the bathroom was filthy. the beds had weird stains on them. they advertised free breakfast but nothing was in the breakfast area at 8am. their parking lot had icy patches that the didn't take care of, so that was a potential slip and fall hazard. the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. and there was a homeless person living in the back stairwell.
