It would have been easier if I’d gotten the explanation in the mail. But the person I spoke to was really helpful and did her best to help me through it all. “Everything was great. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is very well organized and maintained. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to other travellers.”

“Met our hosts they were very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, our daughter was travelling with us she had a small room next to us. The next morning we had a full English breakfast also cereal and toast if you wanted it. I must mention the back garden like something from a gardening magazine, with a beautiful large pond and water feature.”

“We loved this property and area as a whole and to be in Sherborne was fantastic anyway, and so close to the Abbey was beautiful in itself. The in-house staff were brilliant and very helpful too with anything we needed, but I’m afraid the general up keep of the building and facilities in Room 1 (family size) were poor in places like broken fixtures and fittings etc, like the cracked toilet seat lid, the broken (and not working) shaving light and shaver power socket on the mirror in the bathroom...
