“We usually love this b&B but found it a little run down this time. Things broken in room, bed very squeaky, noisy room next to kitchen,marks and cobwebs around so a little disappointed. Staff very friendly, breakfast is wonderful very good choice. Parking spaces are few and you can't park on the road outside. Around 20 mins walk down to lake and same up to town.”

“Fantastic central location in Bowness - an abundance of shops and restaurants are on the doorstep, and the jetty is a just a short walk away. The allocated parking is a huge benefit. The garden outside the property is absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and full of charming character (the Puddle-Ducks theme was a lovely touch). The morning breakfast hamper with breads, fruit, yogurt, and juice was really nice too. Highly recommended”

“Stayed in room 6 on the top floor for a romantic weekend away with the Mrs. The room was lovely and the bath was a really nice added extra. We had a slight issue with one of the radiators not heating which caused the room to be cold, however I called one of the provided numbers and an electric heater was provided within literally 5 minutes by a lovely girl working there. “Vey comfortable we have stayed in this historic building guest home . Just like our home, the owners was so warm to us. The guest house was located at the residential area which was very quiet and only 15 -20mins walking can down to the pier and shopping street.”
