“Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. “Ideal place to stay whether on business or personal. Accommodation is separate block in carpark, which has plenty of parking. Marston’s restaurant food is excellent. Room was great with aircon if needed. Note 2 story with stairs, so best to phone if infirm so you can secure a first floor room. 8 full fat EV chargers on site, including Chademo.
