“Overall the room was tidy and presentable. Some minor concerns include the trash cans were in need of replacing .. one of them had a broken lid when operating. There was very little to no hand wash over the vanity and the box of tissues was nearly empty. The grout in the tiles and seal in the shower need a thorough scrub with ‘ exit mould’. Not appealing to look at. Once you get the hang of the carpark and its location ( not attracted to the accomodation)…. it is fine. Only a few spaces … so...

“Red and brown stains on the carpet, filthy mirrors, stunk like an old ashtray, mini fridge didn’t work properly and there was a lady loudly “servicing herself” in the hallway (until she was caught by cleaners) I’d give it negative stars if I could.”

“We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. We didn’t notice the noise from the street from our apartment. Check out...

“Staff at reception were great. More than happy for us to leave luggage before and after check in/out. They also had a coffee machine in their lounge area for guests which was a nice little extra. Rooms were decently sized with a sink, microwave, full size fridge and oven so caters for anything. And as a bonus there’s a washer/dryer hidden away. Bathroom was also decently sized. At night when it went quiet you could hear doors shutting down the corridor as people came in/out, but it wasn’t too...
