“Great bar food and evening spent here after a long day walking. Even had sky sports. Single Room was good for what I wanted and bathroom facilities Good. Only down was noisy floor on the corridor outside rooms on first floor which creaked with every person walking the floor. Early morning or late evening. Needs a bit of work. Saying that it was good value for money amd would use the place again as access to Wast Water and area”

“Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked. Beds were uncomfortable. “A very clean and well equipped room - limited parking but perfectly adequate - disappointing lack of breakfast - rice crispies and cormflakes don't do it! Very good dinner and bar facilities”

“Fantastic location and friendly staff. Wonderful cooked breakfast. Great choice of local beer.”

“We had a fantastic stay! The room was big, the TV worked well and the en-suite was great. Breakfast was nice.”

“Nice staff, clean rooms, there was a green light that was on all night, we struggle a bit to sleep. Other than that good :)”
