“Suitable for a short stay but not long as space is very limited in the family room. The spare bed was a sofa bed which was very springy and you could feel the springs. Tv was problematic and didnt work. Other than the negatives mentioned- the main bed was comfy and the bathroom was in good condition.”

“I stayed at this hotel thankfully for only one night. The pictures of the room on Expedia were nothing like the reality, they were different rooms and so very misleading.The bathroom and bedroom radiators didn't work and neither did the TV. We called the night porter who brought us an inefficient portable radiator and a TV with around 10 channels, most of which were ineffective.The curtains didn't meet in the middle allowing light from the station to stream into the room all night long.
