“Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.”

“It makes Fawlty Towers look professional, friendly and clean. Couldn't quite believe this is a functioning institution. The fact they refuse to refund the booking only adds insult to injury. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing this place. And shame for them not protecting their users by refunding themselves.”

“The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan...

Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get.
