“A beautiful pub with stacks of character!! Cosy and inviting. Food was excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Locals also welcoming. The area is so picturesque it was a real treat. Would definitely return and planning to try out Sunday lunch sometime in winter to take advantage of the open fireplace. Miniscule gripe was it would be nice to have some nicer bread at breakfast rather than bog standard e.g. sourdough. But that is not a show stopper!! Definitely recommend, but be aware...

“Lovely character property, Lovely room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the pub one evening and the food was delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good (about half an hour to a lot of the popular tourist places - Bourton on the Water, Broadway Tower etc). We will definitely stay again.”
