“Really appreciated being able to check in late having had to travel to Peterborough because of NATs issue. The gentleman on reception also leant us a charger”

“El hotel tiene su encanto, pero falta un ascensor lo cual cree dificultades con el equipaje para una persona mayor. El cuarto de baño necesita una ducha movible. Sólo había desayuno continental por problemas en la cocina. Creo que es caro por lo que se ofrece.”

“staff is nice and main areas are nice and clean! had issues with our room a couple of times”

“The room was clean and made up each day. The staff were friendly and always on hand if needed. Breakfast was to order from a menu and made individually, with a hot drink and orange juice. Plenty of free parking in a large car park. The hotel is handy for St Neots and the surrounding area.”

“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. “The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.”
